It's a Haunted Medium Display
Here are the details:
Decorations include graveyard, witches den & pirate bay. Lots of treats. If the outside light is on them I'm home and still welcoming trick or treaters. If I'm out I'll leave treats in the bowl out front please be respectful and don't take the whole thing just take a couple so everyone can have some.
